FULL MARATHON ILLINOIS MARATHON 2012

More than excited about this race that goes through my hometown. My brother (athlete-supremo) and I will run our first marathon together...he of course will finish 2hrs before me! :)

Weekend 19th and 20th

Friday Night:
Swim with tri team
After swim snack: Large banana

Dinner: Cyndi's Cheese, turkey, bagette and fois gras.


Saturday:
Breakfast: Starbucks Protien platter
Hard boiled egg (just whites), apple slices, white checdar cheese, peanut butter, tiny bagel, and grapes (330 calories)

Lunch:
At Papermates (Racines) with Megan Nutty Cheese Salad with chicken breast.
(600+calories.. I dunno)

Dinner:
Qdoba with Cyndi
Naked chicken and black bean burrito with sour cream, cheese, and guac.
(470 calories)

Sunday:

Breakfast:
1 egg with peccorino cheese
(126 calories)

Cycling trainer work out with tri team

Breakfast:
Banana and Muscle Milk
(230 calories)

Running drills with tri team/run walk (saw Joe! on the Platte trail)

Lunch:
egg white frittata, sun dried tomatos, diced chicken, and fontina cheese
Fruit cups (2)
(about 320 calories)

Shopping for CJ's 1/2 Mary running suit!! :) and Groceries

6 Anytizers buffalo nuggets. :)
