FULL MARATHON ILLINOIS MARATHON 2012

More than excited about this race that goes through my hometown. My brother (athlete-supremo) and I will run our first marathon together...he of course will finish 2hrs before me! :)

intake 01/03/2012

Breakfast:
Casserole ate my own... a coworker brought some too, but I didnt eat it.
(brought turkey sausage too, but i was ful)

lunch:
Mexicali chicken burger
Taco seasoned ground chicken burger patty with melted cheese and salsa.
mixed veggies, corn, peas, carrots, green beans, little parm cheese

snack:
Hummus Sabra snack pack
peppermint candies barchs

water:
16.9
16.9

Dinner:
Scheduled menu( rack of lamb... veggies and salad.)
We'll see what we actually have. :)

Work out:
Marathon training plan day 5
25 min easy run: I'll do this on the Wii tonight.
