FULL MARATHON ILLINOIS MARATHON 2012

More than excited about this race that goes through my hometown. My brother (athlete-supremo) and I will run our first marathon together...he of course will finish 2hrs before me! :)

Oatmeal (liquid diary creamer and 1/2 splenda)

2oz veal
salad (peanuts, cottage cheese, blue cheese, squash and turkey)

Snack
Cottage cheese and apple sauce
Carb Master Yogurt

Dinner
italian turkey and veggies with cheese!

SNack:
half bag of popcorn! and Invicuts (also half)
